Account & Data Deletion
At Nagda-Menaria Vivah Bandhan, we respect your right to control your personal data. In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and Indian privacy laws, members may permanently delete their account and associated personal information at any time.
Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you have the mobile application installed on your device:
- Open the Nagda-Menaria Vivah Bandhan mobile app.
- Navigate to your Profile tab (bottom right icon).
- Tap on Settings & Privacy.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Delete Account.
- Confirm your identity via a mobile One-Time Password (OTP).
Upon OTP confirmation, your account is immediately deactivated and removed from the active member discovery feed.
Option 2: Web-Based Account Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the application, changed phone numbers, or cannot access your device, submit the deletion request form below:
Important Notice: Deleting your account is irreversible. All matrimonial profile records, uploaded photos, family tree entries, chat history, connection requests, and uploaded verification documents (Aadhaar copy & live selfie) will be permanently purged.
