1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Nagda-Menaria Vivah Bandhan mobile application or related website at vsunova.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.
2. Eligibility Criteria
- Community Affiliation: Membership is intended specifically for eligible individuals and families belonging to the Nagda Menaria Brahmin Samaj.
- Legal Age for Marriage: You must be an adult legally eligible for marriage under the laws of India (minimum 18 years of age for females, minimum 21 years of age for males).
- Marital Status: You must be legally single (Never Married, legally Divorced with final decree, or Widowed). Persons currently in an existing marriage seeking extra-marital relationships are strictly prohibited.
- Authority: If a profile is created by a parent, sibling, or guardian, the creator warrants that they have full authorization and consent from the prospective candidate.
3. Account Registration & Mandatory Verification
- Users register using a 10-digit mobile number authenticated via OTP. You are responsible for safeguarding device access.
- To activate profile discovery, every member must submit genuine identity documentation (Aadhaar card front & back copy) and take a live selfie.
- Submitting forged, counterfeit, expired, or another person's documents is a punishable legal offense under the Indian Penal Code and Information Technology Act and results in immediate permanent blacklisting.
4. Accuracy of Member Representations
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information regarding your age, education, marital status, income, employment, and family tree. Deliberate misrepresentation is grounds for immediate account suspension.
5. Community Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:
- Sending obscene, vulgar, sexually suggestive, threatening, or defamatory messages.
- Requesting dowry, commercial loans, or monetary transfers under any matrimonial pretext.
- Taking unauthorized screenshots or distributing another member's photographs or family information on social media or external websites.
- Creating fake or impersonation profiles.
- Using automated bots, web scrapers, or third-party extraction tools against the app or backend APIs.
6. Connection Requests & Messaging Guidelines
- Members can send connection requests to express interest.
- Messaging is permitted only upon mutual acceptance of a connection request.
- Free members receive a complimentary quota of 10 messages. Unlimited messaging is available with Premium Membership.
- Spamming, persistent messaging after rejection, or unwanted solicitation is strictly prohibited.
7. Premium Subscriptions & Fees
- Optional premium membership plans provide enhanced capabilities such as unlimited messaging and priority search ranking.
- All membership fees are non-refundable once activated, as digital services are provisioned immediately.
- Purchasing a premium plan does not guarantee marriage solemnization or acceptance of connection requests by other members.
8. Reporting, Moderation & Account Suspension
Our administration team actively reviews user reports. We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or permanently delete any profile without prior notice if we determine that the member has violated these Terms, submitted fraudulent documents, or engaged in abusive conduct.
9. Disclaimer of Matrimonial Guarantee & Limitation of Liability
Important Disclaimer: Nagda-Menaria Vivah Bandhan operates as an introductory matrimonial technology platform to assist community families. While we perform manual document checks, we do NOT guarantee the marital suitability, moral character, financial solvency, or factual claims of any member.
Families and candidates are strongly advised to independently verify all personal, educational, employment, and background details before entering into matrimonial commitments or monetary transactions. We are not liable for any dispute, emotional distress, or financial loss arising from interactions between users.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action or dispute arising out of or related to the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajasthan, India.
